How to Store Shellfish

Ingredients
Any Quantity of Fresh Shellstock
Oysters, Clams, or Mussels
Directions

Keep your shellstock cold while it is in transit to your home. Layer the animals in a large bowl, cover the bowl with a damp towel, and place it on the bottom shelf of your refridgerator. Check the towel mroning and night and rehydrate it as needed. The shellfish will keep for several days in this fashion.
